[size=2]客人的feedback能够反映出帐号的信誉值，每个客人留下的feedback其它的人都可以看得到，feedback对我们也很重要，所以在销售的时候做好各项工作也是必要的。我们帐号都是等客人留了我们再回，所以回feedback也是一件很简单的事，它不同于回复邮件，侧重对客人的肯定和夸奖，当然，客人给我们留Neutral或Negative的feedback的时候，我们就没有必要回了，尤其Negative的很重要，我们得联系客人看能不能撤掉，如何撤掉等，下面我就介绍我是如何回客人的：[/size][size=2]客人：Fast postage, Well packed, Thanks.回复：Prompt payment for a easy transaction,valued customer,we always welcome you back![/size]
